Generally, service was good before signing of contract. However, after commencement of work, things moved very slowly.

Electrical and painting works were only partially completed after many weeks. The 'Project Manager' was not attentive and did not pay attention to what we were telling him to do and kept forgetting things that we have told him before. Overall, would not recommend this ID. Of course, unless if you have a lot of patience and time

But their offer is the cheapest among all the quotations..

I am using them now. Initially was like you, got attracted by their low quotation however after some time they told me lots of excuses or their problem and want to add in money . No Design concept and everything need me and my wife to think and suggestion. Their suggestion during actual work start sure got problem like door too big or it is never feasible to have.

Their project manager was like ah beng, you can only listen and follow their schedule. You agrue with him all his ah beng pattern will come out.

ALmost 10weeks and the job was not completed and my house is not even in the move in condition now i have push him everyday and endure his rubbish.

Btw my Project manager name start with C****. My advise never accept the offer just becos of the low pricing.

Hi Guys, I just came back after having discussion with my ID. We had sort out the issues and found that miscommunication was the roots of this unhappiness. The 10 weeks was inclusive of 2 weeks of CNY period as such causing all this delay.

Sorry for posting the previous post out of anger, Anyway was happy that we had most of the issues resolves and settled
