macam 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2009 Would like to check with fellow 'forumers'.. If a wall mounting (a marble slab) is being removed by the seller and the wall plastering is damaged, do we as the buyer have the right to get the seller to pay for plastering? Any fixed item cannot remove, as that is factored into valuation of flat. You can complain to HDB. Best if pic of the slab is in valuation report.
raincole 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2009 It depends if during the selling if you have requested for it or not. Some of the item has sentimental value to the seller and it is understandable for them to move them when they left the house. Best is to confirm and not assume especially if it is a very beautiful decoration.
