Convert Toilet To Washer/dryer Room

I am having some constrain with putting the fridge in the small kitchen, hence considering converting the small 3rd toilet into a washer/dryer room.

Wondering whether there is any fengshui taboos about it & how to rectify any negative effects.

Any things to take note of, etc?

There is no negative effect. Just seal up the drainage will do.
