Planter In Service Balcony

I have a small service balcony in my yard/ kitchen area, which has a planter. Trying to find a cheap way to cover up the planter ... what do you guys suggest? Dun intend to deck it since it is too small to be enjoyed ...

mine in the living rm lor.. and takes up 2 panels of the window.. dunno wat to do with it too
