Last Saturday was supposed to be a happy day where we can expect our new furniture to arrive.

On this day, we received 3 different callers, telling us they will arrive at different time slots.

We didn't expect that from CityForm Furniture since no prior information on different deliveries.

Surprisingly, the last caller ask us to wait for his call to affirm the delivery of TV console & dining table.

Then we thought, alright then, we postpone our programme to later part in evening so that all furniture can be in house as expected.

And we requested the callers to be punctual.

1st delivery guy arrived at 10.30 am with the mattress -> Nino King Size -> Spotted a cut w dirt at the end

Hmm.. we didn't matter it since its a small cut at the end of the mattress.

2nd delivery at 11.30 am with the bedframe & headrest & sofas w othmans - > Installed and left.

3rd delivery -> never arrive, we call; asked us to wait for their call again...

Then call us again and asked us to re arrange another time to deliver as the TV Console, etc.. not ready made yet.

Prior to Saturday, my financee called CityForm and confirm that all delivery on Saturday is ok and they claimed

" No Problem, No issue.

At 4pm plus -> 2nd delivery said they made mistake with the headrest colour and would have to reinstall.

We were out at woodlands for late lunch then... We rush back & helped them to correct their mistake.

5pm - > received last delivery call n said they'll arrive at 7.30pm.

Ok.. late better than never, we thought.

Last delivery > 7pm > Install TV console, coffee table and dining tables w Chairs. To our disappointment, they delivered the wrong type of kitchen Chairs ?!!

So we request them to bring in the correct chairs as ordered. They claim WH closes and Sunday not working and postpone to Monday.

Well, its Monday today.. CityForm never bother to inform us till my fiancee finds out from the delivery guy that there's no stock of the dining chairs

and had to wait till end of this month.

Would we recommend CityForm to our Friends ? what do you think

is this the same shop as Forms by city furniture at IFC?

their invoice stated CityForm. If I can recall, the shop's located next to escalator. 2nd level in IFC.

I think its the same.

We visited the shop in early June when its was without any company signage.

They said the sign not ready yet since they just moved over.

Still, no reply from them yet as of now on our kitchen chairs... goodness me.

erm now they putting store at expo wat.. items all from china lots of design follow Futurine Club loh.. than was saying other ppl product no good.. 1 of their coffee table with the x stainless legs 1.. the drawers got anti slam from FC than their dun have so they say their not good etc... say anti slamp for kitchen not for coffe table.. the guy with the spec 1 lor.. forget him name liao.. but service no good .. always say other ppl things loh.. i did not buy anything from him though..
