Especially the colors are unique. However, if you are getting a "common" color laminate. Then there are many similar products. Try going for European made product and Certified eg SGS certification. Some ranges from Pergo are mfg in Malaysia using older technology. (keep cost down) Need more info, let me know. Zip.

ziparound97 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2009 Pergo very good quality. But expensive so I went for Supreme. Good for U. U get what U pay for. I was trying to find out more abt Supreme. Actually, there is very little on their website. They actually never say much about where their LB comes from. But everyone knows they come from cheap source in China. Buy a QQ, don't expect a Volvo. And they are not tested by an independent company. So, what do U think when they say they are good? How good are they? I can always say I am good. But who am I to say? Zip. Let me know if you want the sales person contact no. there are a few different ranges for pergo. i am interested in the practiq range. please note the hidden costs like 5% or 10% wastage and GST some pergo shops will give 5 or 10% discount, depending on the promotional period. skirting, delivery and installation should be provided free. make sure the gap between your existing floor and the door frames are of a certain height (depends on the range you go for, but 15mm should be sufficient) so that you will not incur further costs for 'cutting of door'. another hidden cost would be hacking of floor.
