passat88 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2009 hi everyone...I would like to know if anyone has replaced the old ugly cast-iron sewage pipe commonly found in 3-rm flats ? How do they replace it when the units upstairs are still using the common pipe ? and finally how much will it cost ? Sorry for asking so many questions ..... hihihi 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2009 wait for a lucky time to remove and replace the pipe. forgot the cost, something in the few hundreds. There's one more in the toilet. and changing that, long term wise will also have problem. the ceiling joint part eventually will leak. takes abt 5yrs. wuga98 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2009 why do you want to replace it if it is not giving you problem? it you want to fix the "ugly" problem, do something to hide it, your ID should know what to do. hi everyone...I would like to know if anyone has replaced the old ugly cast-iron sewage pipe commonly found in 3-rm flats ?
