I just want to compliment Kelvin for the time he spent last weekend bringing me to his 3 current and completed projects, which is located at 3 corners of the island.

This is the kind of service you appreciate, and that was suggested by himself during our first meeting, hard to find ID to go so far with someone whom have not signed up yet.

Thats lucky for you...Its been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for him to come back to me on my quote. After the 1st call, he seemed to have vanished. Perhaps he is really too busy with projects from everyone here...

I'm practically revamping the whole flat. My instruction to all the IDs were simple, treat the floor plan as a blank drawing board and let their creativity flow. My tentative budget is about $70K. I can PM you my experience with some of the good IDs for your reference.

Some points to note...

1. He's slow in producing coloured 3D drawings, so those who like to see 3D drawings before work commencement, you might wanna check with him

2. He's very very flexible with his quotations

3. He'll bring you to his existing projects

4. He always makes time to meet you, even on Sundays (Just met him @ my new place for 1 hour)

5. I don't think he's packed wih projects

6. He constantly improves on his proposed drawings (He made my MBR feature wall even nicer without extra costs!)

Hihi! Me and my HB are sourcing for reno IDs and we are considering Gplan - Kelvin. Couple of qns which i hope i guys can shed light on:

1) How would you rate Gplan's worksmanship?? - in terms of tiling, carpentary etc

2) Will Kelvin accompany owners to source for furniture eg. sofa, dining table etc? Else, wat sorta advice will he give??

1) His workers workmanship is good - cuz he brought us to see a few of the units done by him.

2) Yes. He told us he will go with you and advise to you according to your theme\design.

Lastly, I did not engage his service because his quotation is abit on the high side and if you like to gather more info about Kelvin and if you have time it is advisable to read from page 1 of this topic about his services.

Thanks for the compliments! It is not totally done up yet as there will be a laminate casing right at the top to hide the silver thing for sliding door. Had placed a link to my blog....=)
