Hey Elaine you're looking for a non-wireless door chime right?

I got mine's from HomeFix. It's very easy to install on your own. Costs between $20+ to $40+. Do check them out. :D

hubby bought it at geylang for $15. not sure if it works..how to install?

That's cheap!

Ok, here what you need to do:

Remove the round white plastic with 2 screws at the kitchen wall? Unscrew it. There's 2 cables inside. Insert batteries (if it runs on batteries) and connect them to your door chime. (It should comes with connection instructions.) However, you'll need drill 2 holes to install the door chime onto the wall and cover the round hole.

huh, can use 3M tape to stick the door bell onto the wall? rather than drilling? cos my altar is beside there, i dun wan to make that place dusty..

Can, provided it is strong enough and will not fall off long-term.

Anyway drilling the holes (according to your door chime) isn't that bad as during drilling, you can always hold your vacuum cleaner right below to suck in the dust and minimise it.

hmm i dun have the tools to drill..haha

hi, advise not to use the battery-operated type as the battery will run out and

u've got to replace it. even if the bell is not used frequently, it's kinda of a hassle.

my current flat is using this type one and i regret it. for my new flat, i'll be going for

those connected to the electrical wires one.

but, maybe the model now is better so it's up to u
