It is kind of hard to tell from here. Because sometime it is te design of te furniture or some other special thing that makes it costly.

The best way is to look for a few contractor to compare pricing.

I think he is trying to mean both top and bottom (16.5 ft x 2 ) = 33ft

If Condo, most contractor or ID would quote u more expensive. Your expensive item is carpentry and chengai wood. Just this 2 is cost 12K liao.

Can PM me your contractor? Mine is condo resale too and my quotes are rather pricey. By the way mine is only 1055sqft and my kitchen is quoted 30ft....apparently more than yours which i don't see how...also do you have problems changing your wc in MBR? Mine is wall hung type and I'm not sure if i will get chop for it as everything is concealed behind that marble wall...SEALED TOTALLY
