Better breakdown the cost of Haulage fee. What abt debris fee?

Dismantling of your 3 room door? Dismantle of your toilet door? Dismantle of wiring?

Gotta spell out clearly how many lighting point and electrical point

How come they don't include painting, plastering service?install toilet accessories?lay corrugated paper?provide whole hse acid wash?

patch up affected area after hacking?

Ad hoc items like wc bowls, sink, taps, cooker all we got to buy ourselves.

Contractor have this bad habit that dunno purposely or what. They like to lump everything together to make the home owner confuse.

They don't like to breakdown the costing transparently to the owner. They afraid the of revealing ah. sometimes so piss with their attitude.

If you somehow found some loophole that they purposely left out from the quotation, they would brush it off saying "aiya forget to add in" ,

"dun worry! will do for you one, even though not inside quotation."

This kind of price, i think my id can quote better than them.

Note: I just do a quick browsing and i may miss some detail.
