LOLWah! i do hope that the plan will still go through.Heard from my friend, there's a HDB development site just next to Sembawang Shopping Centre, anyone have any idea what isit?My wife called up capitaland, Sembawang Shopping Centre project is delayed. It will open only at mid 2008.I see under the Master Plan, there's supposedly a Sembawang Sports Complex. Is that confirmed building? Or has already gone somewhere. Into the air maybe? alberttcs 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2007 selenal, i think you can ask your ID to move it to elsewhere too, no problem on that just that they would have to rerun the water trunking/piping.Just some additional info, if you're going for the same layout as the sink where the kitchen are, just make sure your cooking hob is not directly opposite it, not a good fengshui placement for sink to face hob. alberttcs 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2007 flooring need not be rehacked, from i what i see the piping is from the top down, not on the floor run
alberttcs 0 Report post Posted July 28, 2007 hi kayser,my mistake, yeah, if you want to change position, floor might indeed have to be rehack. Went down with one ID to my unit, was advised that too. Or alternatively, have to rerun the piping over the tiles, which means, you will have a kerb near the service balcony door, which also means the door have to either be removed, or replaced with a short door, to accomodate the kerbif change the sink position, the floor might need to be hacked to re-run the drainage pipeand yes, those showflats at sembawang have their stove directly opposite their sinks!
