Hi Bloom,

I have offered no advices and this is just a reference for the forum users here. So far, I have no major problems with the sending of items to my hse or any major hiccups with my reno. My wife and I were lucky that things do come before the deadline, rather than being late. All deliveries were very on time. Instead of me waiting for the deliverymen, they have to wait for me.

I hope that you have a great experience renovating your house, too. There are some other companies which may be even better. Do take a look around the forum! :)

So far, the greatest experience are Spazio and lightings.com.sg. Their after-service is wonderful.

I am also planning to get wallpaper from Goodrich for the wall behind my TV console...how much did they charge you for the wallpaper and the installation?

I saw this fan when I was shopping in lightings.com.sg! Also bought most of our lightings from there :)

Hi Decruz,

Very nice staircase railing..

Is it convenient to share the cost of removing the old railing and placing the new railing? How much does it cost to do a wrought iron railing?

I have inquired with my ID on the cost to change and install a new railing. He said I need an Engineer to certify that it is safe for replacing to be done and to be submitted to HDB for approval. The cost of engaging an Engineer to do the certification may cost is between $3k to $5k.

Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks. Erm, never heard of the application. And I do not think anyone here has applied. Maybe you can ask around. My railing is around 3k :)
