I'm planning to have laminated flooring for livinng rm and 3 bedroom..

mine is a stardard 90m2 4 rm flat..

like to know roughly how much will it cost for the living rm and 3 bedroom?

cant advise u on this as it all depends on the brand and the materials that u're using. There are many brands in the market, made in Germany, China, M'sian etc...materials to consider would be AC3, AC4, AC5.

do u know the area measurement of your living room and 3 bedrooms? Once u have the area, u can try out hbay.com.sg and get the rough estimation for doing up laiminated flooring for your living room and 3 bedrooms.

i have already done laminates for my house. the whole living room area and the 3 of the rooms too. my is a 4 room flat. My brand is Pergo, the lowest range in the Pergo family. quite good aftersales svc too. i am quite pleased with them. you can go to my T-Blog to take a look at the laminate pictures there.

If you want to save money, i suggest you go directly to the supplier to ask/get a quote from them. then it will be cheaper in this way.

My contractor quoted me Kronotex Laminate + skirting for hall & 3 bedrooms @ $3,290 (865 sqft)...

I think ard 2k for 3 bedroom + skirting

confirm with your contractor whether its China or Germany made kronotex. There's a China made for the budget conscioius.

Actually that are many brand in the market right now. So if you wanna compare on price & quality, compare with the same range one would be more accurate.
