garion 1 Report post Posted February 19, 2010 Hihi! I love your wardrobe interiors! Did your ID propose to you to have those interiors or you specified what you wanted? Btw for your kitchen's fully extendable hinges, did those come at a separate price? I wonder how much my ID is going to charge me if I request for those... :/ thanxs annjoy hehe... we designed the interior ourselves took reference from ikea and some ID magazines.... the MBR middle portion is proposed by the ID after he told us the slide out TV concept will not fit our 32" LCD... yah we have to add on additional $5 per pair for the fully extendable runners and $3 for the anti-slam hinges
garion 1 Report post Posted February 19, 2010 not a big job. just have to paint the sealant layer after plaster layer is dried. plastering a ceiling takes a day max if you do 3 layers of plaster. let it dry overnight. the next day paint sealant layer (use nippon oil-based sealer). painting the sealer takes at most 1 hour per layer, with 3 hours in between for drying. 2 layers would generally be sufficient. dish rack must be able to accomodate dishes, otherwise it shouldn't be called a dish rack thanxs thanxs ossify you really are the guru i emailed HDB yesterday to ask them what to do with the popping paint, and by noon time a HDB officer called me to arrange for an site inspection to find out the actual cause today (quite impressed with their efficiency) if HDB confirmed its not the leaking then i will make sure they follow exactly your steps to fix up the ceiling tried meddling with the disk rack last night ... most of the plates can fit in but the bowls are placed in a somewhat awkward position.... Cheers, Eric Hi Eric, first of all we drew out a rough sketch on how we want the layout of the compartments for the ID.... then we printed out photos from the internet, cut outs from magazines telling them what we wanted.... they are able to fulfill most of our requests except for the slide-out TV console.....
