WA, my mama say, for 1.5 cups of rice, she only only use 1 small packet of cococut milk or 1 whole coconut (from market), then no need add water. Add a little bit of salt & garlic (whole) for flavouring. add pandan leaves also We prefer the green rice, so she will add in pandan juice also

As in the replace the water with the same amt of coconut milk?

Angel81 1 Report post Posted December 11, 2009 I was thinking of dat but scared will be too "rich"... Hehe, I also abit scare. Think if I try, I'll put like 1/2 water 1/2 coconut milk first. Then adjust to taste accordingly in future.
