me currently staying at sengkang was initially looking at sk but super limited and saw one tat is nicely done up but ask for 50k cov!!! so giv up and they sold it to someone willing to offer 42K super exceeds my budget lo..

I even go to jurong east to see..but felt tat i wont be able to adjust as my whole life is in north and north east..and am lucky to find this unit and the owner is nice enough to accept our offer!! Its a blessing..

East side still not so far from north east there is TPE!!

hmm....it depends on which part of HG ave 8 and based on the current market trend also

IMHO, it's very difficult to determine if your house is ex or not ex since it's fate de, if it's yours then it will be yours de no matter how ex or cheap it is

We decided to have whole piece of stainless steel as the backing after some thought. Thus, delay till today. The carpenter has cut out the wood as a measurement in order to cut it in the factory.

Balcony's carpentry is up also yesterday. All our carpentry works are done. Hurray!
