Previous owner has airon. <- Yes.

Yup. I did a relocating of my compressor to my MBR. The previous compressor was at the balcony above the roof. Thus, it is fairly impossible to do any servicing of the air-con. (* check with ex-owner and they did not do any servicing before. *)

If I place on the existing location, the only way to service is the little window in the MBR..which is directly under my TV.

Think it's better to redo the piping cos you won't know if there's any leakage and if you retain it and there's leakage it will be a major headache should you cover up the piping with your carpentry

for me, I will hack everything and redo cos my new place, owner tenant out and they have diff brands of aircon in different rooms so funnie hahahaha

I think i will relocate my outdoor unit too since I having polycarbonate roof which is transparent, it will be an eyesore if I can see the outdoor unit when I look up

*Edit* I just realised that I can't relocate my outdoor unit cos my layout is different from Red....sigh.....sianz

u did not do false ceiling for the whole kitchen? why not?

i am currently toying with the idea of installing that in the kitchen. not sure if it is real ncecessary. but my boss prefers that, saying it is nicer and more uniform with the rest of the house
