n its a small world. we r neighbours for now. im at blk 2c upper boon keng.

Oh....neighbours for now. I am Blk 2A at the moment. :)

You will need to roughly know the color theme or how u would be doing your toilets.

Most probably he will ask you to go Sin Lek to choose your tiles. I presume you will need to re-do your living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen and 3 toilets ya?

You might want to go down and take a look at the tiles first and at the same time have a rough idea how u will want your toilets, kitchen and other rooms to look like. You have absolutely free-play to mix and match.

Mine mosaic is more for my mirror. Most owners are using mosaic as part of the deco in align with the toilet wall tiles.

No worries. Pinkydot. :) I have send to your e-mail. Hmmm...I guess most of them..esp the IDs will want you to go down to their firm so that they can do their sales talk. :P

Oh....so u are doing a major overhaul too huh... My parquet flooring on the second floor wasn't of good condition either. Initially, I thought I will need to change the flooring...fortunately, I talk to my contractor and he told me I can retain the flooring by smoothing and polishing it + replace some of the parquet. I hope your 2nd flr flooring is not tiles...if not, chance of saving it is slim.

Wife and I are tight on budget also. We are saving money on the windows as the conditions are still consider acceptable and can be covered by curtain. However, we need to replace the windows in our balcony.
