Also when you mentioned major overhaul, did you replace the windows and do re-wiring ?

Like some of the bros and sis have advised me, it depends on whether the previous owner have done or not. Can always ask your contractor to check it out.

Also it depends on how long you would like to stay in the unit, if it's for maybe 5 yrs or less then doing it might not seems worth while.

I intend to do it since I might be staying there for many many years hahahahaa

Haha confirm the previous owners nv do it cos the whole flat was in original condition. Very bad..

I think i'll be staying for a long time too and i don't want to save now and end up having to break the ceiling and redo next time when my house swee swee already..

Yes thats my considerations too. It will be a pain to do reno when you're already staying inside.

So might as well do one time swee swee and heart pain abt the vitamin M one time hee hee

Reach our place at 7 p.m. Workers are packing up... Took a snap shot of them leaving at 7:30 p.m. Lady boss call it a day.
