Here is the view from the living room overseeing the Yishun Park. Is quite a greeny and peaceful environment. Both of us like it very much.

This is the area near the main door and the staircase. Ex-owner is using it as a bar-counter. We will be building up a shoe cabinet and seat as what most owners does.

This is suppose to be the study room in the floor plan, we will be using it as a dining area instead. All cornies to be removed.

The storeroom door will be relocated to the other side. Current area will be left empty as we don't have any good idea we like yet.

Here goes the living room. We will be doing a full wallpaper for this wall and a TV console. TV will not be wall-mounted after some discussion.

The condition of the roof is still good. Therefore, we are retaining it. However, we will be doing a false ceiling to cover it.

Kitchen - Will be a complete extreme make over as the condition is really bad.

Window and door will be removed and replaced with folding/sliding door

The hanging light with cornies to be removed. Still deciding to go for wall lights or hanging lights.

Toilets....toilets.....Even the waterproofing on the floor tiles are gone...Going for extreme makeover also with no choices

Fortunately, the staircase are good to stay, just need a good polish. heehee.

Flooring just need a little bit of polishing.

There is quite a lot of cornies for the house....We need to remove them.

We meet up with Jason tonight. He was on the ball and reach our house exactly at 9 p.m. Had a very good discussion with him and seeks some advices from him also on wht to do...wht not to do. He did some simple drawing for us which he promise. We are happy with it and able to visualise better. We have a fulfilling discussion for about few hours. As we fine tune our requirements and added some stuffs we wanted....hmm...but luckily the price stay the same. heehee

Need some adjustments as we are not doing suspending TV console.

Shoe cabinet. Seem fine to us.

Just adjustments needed as we are shifting the fridge to another location.
