I just got a 5A resale and planning to do some simple renovation...

Can anyone share with me the estimated cost for doing the following :

- Hacking of kitchen entrance walls and convert into tempered glass with glass casement door

- Changing of 2 toilet bowls

- Changing of all switch covers in the house

- Painting of entire house

- Constructing a "tit-tat" door for household shelter
