I finally decided to create my own t-blog after being a lurker since the start of our minor renovation

As I'm one of the few who did not really have an exciting experience with Uncle Ah Soon, I hope that my reno blog would provide some tips and a balanced view to all who wants to contract Uncle to do their renovation

No doubt Uncle is cheap. But cheap does come with a price, especially if your job is a small one ... compared to a full reno.

piss poor sometimes is an understatement. ok to be fair to ah mei:

works are decent enough, except parts where he used things like liquid paper. that was the most significant to me. as for the blockboard, as long as its industry standard, i accept.

and growler,its good to be objective. helps uncle to improve his works but of cos we bear that brunt where works are ok ok only so ppl (BD!!) can learn from us.
