Anyone Staying At Jalan Tenteram?

Hi all, is there anyone who's staying at Jalan Tenteram? The 3 blocks there which are 5yr old flats in mature estate, Whampoa. I will be moving there soon, targeting 2nd appt to be late July or early Aug. Just want to know if there are any future neighbours out there? :)
