ncy 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2009 Hi XiaoBinBin, I noticed that you also uses a Rinnai hob and hood. I am also a Rinnai user and currently using RB38VSV. The thing about the double burner is that I need to turn the knob and wait for 5 seconds before all the fire lights up. If I release the knob without waiting for 5 seconds, the whole burner wont light up and I need to do it again. According to the Rinnai folks, this is normal expecially for the double burner with the safey valve feature. Do you encounter what I am encountering as well?
