Congrates on ur new place! Redhill is a very good location woh ~ near to town. Go everywhere also very easy.

Congrats on your new place. Yup, looks like it'll be fun once you hack everything and refresh it.

Layout looks pretty cosy too. Maybe you could even consider an industrial or retro look.
