Hack all floor, kitchen walls, toilet wall, 1 x wall

Water proofing kitchen, toilet, yard. (photo for lvl 06, to confirm no leak b4 work)

Homogenous floor 600 x 600 Living + 2 BR

Homogenous floor 600 x 300 Kitchen, yard, toilet (floor trap at yard as well)

WC Toilet floor to be raised higher

Homogenous wall 600 x 300 Kitchen, toilet Full Height (Toilet with wall steps)

Homogenous wall 600 x 300 Yard Half Height

Seal up 1 x toilet door (Long Hole at top)

Slab platform at WC and shower to put things

Seal up of wall between 2 bedrooms

Level up Yard n kitchen, raise up Yard Parapet wall

main door (fire rated), Change Door frame, change direction of open, use old main door

2 BR door, inc door frame. Change direction of opening

1 x toilet door, bi fold or swing door

1 x wrought iron gate

Sliding window living, 2 BR, Yard (use 3-4 panes only)

Hacking of toilet wall, and kitchen wall

Washing sink at yard? Concrete?

Cooking Hob at yard? Movable type can connect PUB Gas?

Remove plank ceiling to make false ceiling

like wat xherion says most 3rm are longish, like my layout.

i think complete overhaul need at least 20k. i understand the budget limit cos i'm also on low budget.

i pmed you my contractor, maybe can ask him for quote. he's a nice straightforward guy, will tell u wat can do and wat no need to do. i say no $$$ to paint unit, he told me will intro me a guy to help, i just buy paint and pay the guy labour fee.

Congrates on ur new place! Redhill is a very good location woh ~ near to town. :good: Go everywhere also very easy. :)

Hi!thank pinkpetter,

The purple thing on the walls r not wallpapar,wallpapar r easy to remove,but it is something like gypsum plaster,sigh!the authentic look r super ugly,Need some work to scratch it n make it smooth.

I have order this Chestnut color sofa bed from barang barangf.It is a classic 3 seater sofa with traditional detailing like rolled arms and button tufts. The back reclines flat to accommodate one. Comes with lower storage compartment, handy for stowing extra covers and pillows.
