I have been looking around this forum for the past few months.Planning our resale 3rm hdb flat @ Redhill Close,Collect Key 07/08/09.So decided to start a thread and post my floor plan n idea.

This is the original floor plan

hi,

welcome to our big family, looks like going to be complete reno but at least the rooms are squarish, easy to plan. how come the yard celling is black, looks like kanna fire, the windows in the yard looks very new.

mine toilets are very small. exactly like yours.

Your layout is very nice, usually 3room has those longish layouts.

This has a lot of potential for reno, can hack literally everything hehe.

i also dun know why the yard r so black,maybe like u say it is fine be4.haha......or maybe they cook @ yerd be4 too.

the windows not like u look r new,it is also very old,the ower just used flower sticker to stick it

n so sad the living room windows totally can't open T_T (ROSAK)
