Anyone know if there is any update on this?

Based on an announcement on SGX website, Mr Toh Soon Huat, has sold 115,825,235 shares representing 27.54% of Novena Holdings issued share capital.

Novena Holdings at initially sold off its Furniture Arm which includes Castilla, Novena, White Collection etc.. to TT international in exchange for shares of TT International.

just4this / blackcar: good to hear that your stuff has been delivered. I also ordered some furniture from Novena and I'm crossing my fingers that the orders will be okay.

Anyway, it makes me wonder if all the ?-year warranty actually mean anything, since the company itself may not be around for that long. Any thoughts? Do you think Novena will honour warranty claims if the company (or its parent company) gets into financial crisis?
