For your tiles selection, its very tight to choose from only the $2.50 range leh. my one, can choose up till, $2.90. But for your Wardrobe its considered to be very cheap. Using wat type of laminates? Then for your Plumbing items, i find that the installation charges you can still bring it down. 1 item installation at this pricing can easily set you back another 1k, if you add up all the small small items.

yours is quite cheap to do almost for the whole house. and yeah. you're wardrobe is quite cheap. usually sliding wardrobe costs more.
