Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

Welcome welcome!!! Congrats on the new place!

realise your layout is VERY GOOD! The service balcony is separated and it already has the utility behind...

behind actually is a long kitchen,i guess the owner partition it to become a so called balcony.

No leh. The flr plan looks like an original one woh. So it's not the owner who partition it, but was made like tat.

sadwutdee krup! so near Little Thailand!

Is it the block 1,2,3,4 etc?

I went to see one of the block, its corner unit, the bed room got 2 window and overlook kallang river, not bad!

But eventually i didnt buy, because the neighbour hang the laundry along the corridor at the ceiling!

Which means everytime i come back home have to walk under their dress ah?!

K N N!In the end i didnt buy.

How much did u pay for the flat?that time my asking price was around 270k.

kop koon krup :P

went to view a few units - 1, 2 and 3. Like the blk 3 unit which is at 13 floor, over look kallang river...but not corner unit :(

the agent never get back.

blk 2 unit at 12 floor corner, last offer 18k above value 270k :bangwall:

eventually bought a lower level corner unit, value at 265k cov 5k :P

bought the place with only one viewing hahaha :)

cheers
