Hi all!

I've just managed to get a queue no. from the last sale of balanced flats.

Am invited to book a flat (Casa Clementi) next month. The place looks almost completed though its delivery possession date is August 2013.

I assume that it will be completed by mid of next year but am already trying to get design and renovation advices
