Hi.. my sister has sold her property ..without engaging any agent at all. All she needs.. a lawyer who will expedite all documents. Talk to your lawyer.

if u have the time, no need agent. can just advertise online or newspapers. do open house etc. paperwork as per previous advise, get a lawyer.
