william 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2009 Hi, Have been waiting for melancholic's response for the longest time. In the meantime, I have been doing my own search. Last week I visited a friend's condo which is being renovated. I had a chat with one of the workers there doing the false ceiling & plastering. He told me he would be starting on his own next month. Wow.... feel that I hit a jackpot.... because I just wanna do minor renovation and would rather go to the worker directly. Will be meeting up with him soon. Also will visit my friends house again to see the finished work.
Guest melancholic Report post Posted November 27, 2009 Hi there. My sincerest apologies for those who have been waiting for a reply. I've been really busy with work and haven't been accessing renotalk for a long time. I'll prob not be coming back to the forum frequently due to work commitments. So I'll just do something I'm not supposed to.. which is to put the contact here. If it gets erased by the administrator, do contact those at the start of the thread as they would have the contact that I've given to them. Just tell the contractor that someone who used him from The Rivervale Condo gave you this contact. If his price differs (more) a lot, do tell him u know the price I was charged. (In case people misunderstand that I get a commission.. ohmy.gif) Mr Chan K. L. (We call him ah long.. haha) HP: 81122998 Fax: 65845769 Company name: U-Top Contractor cheers!
