Kartell 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Thought liang hoe huat oni sell plant, don know they got do chengai wood also. yup i sourced few contractors and Liang Hoe Huat offer the cheapest. Look for Joseph Ang, he will give you the lowest price! within 3 days they will finish the decking and roof for both my terrace and balcony. And they actually carried the woods up the stairs to 5th storey!!!! as the lift cant fit the long chengai wood and polycarbonate roof

sohck 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Hopefully it will be better with the polycarbonate roof and the 5 blades fan i will be installing. Also of thinking to do 3m solar film for all the windows. Pending for Serene from Jestar to reply for the quotations..... Er the house is actually quite small, but i think good enough for 3 of us (wife and daughter) Let me know how much the solar film is. My balcony faces the west and I am also thinking of putting 3M solar film on the windows.

Kartell 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Wow.. a penthouse is the ultimate bachelor pad with the roof terence. Can have a small party like that le. but actually is really a small place....not as big as it it.....
jaskel 2 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Thanks, but not as big as yours! Oh, I wanted to live close to my parent, that why I've chosen the place and that time was selling cheap. But most importantly is not the size, is the feel and comfort of the place that all of us had chosen as what we call 'Home Sweet Home'.

Oh yup, same here, we move to pasir panjang to cut down the travel time to my inlaws as my daughter attending daycare center near my inlaw place. So everyday we have to send her down and pick her up from my inlaws.
