Er interior with carpentry and painting from Renozone is around 10K, i doing chengal wood decking and roof for both my open balcony and roof Terrace, another 6K, spend around 5K on lightings (4 x crystal lights) including installation

Er so far the damage is around 21k. Thinking of doing 3m solar film also.....

Er it is actually quite hot place especially for the roof terrace..even the tiles flooring are burning my feets......

I checked on BCA website, no PE required unless you are expending your floor area or you are erecting walls.

Here is the guidelines for you. But you need your Managament approval.

Wah! Nice place u've got there! Love the roof terrace and ur common toilet. Tink with the chengai wood, ur roof terrace should look great and b cool on the feet.

Hopefully it will be better with the polycarbonate roof and the 5 blades fan i will be installing. Also of thinking to do 3m solar film for all the windows. Pending for Serene from Jestar to reply for the quotations.....

Er the house is actually quite small, but i think good enough for 3 of us (wife and daughter)
