den04 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2009 As for reno, I don't think we will be doing a lot. But we are afraid that there's not much storage space. So we need to construct a cabinet. Currently we stay in a EA, so got lots of rubbish to move. We are thinking of 2 ways to do the cabinet. Option 1 [May have more space for shoe cabinet] Or Option 2 Any preference from you guys/gals? Hi there was looking at your proposed plan and I went to check the actual floorplans. Is ur extension meant to fit a single size bed? Is that daybed on the baywindow with built in drawers? With that and that study table how u intend to position your son's bed in future? With that and that study table how u intend to position your son's bed in future? The bed in his room is super single. It is custom made to sit on the baywindow with cabinets at the bottom. The room is really small, so no choice have to find ways to save space.. Basically 40% of the width of the bed is on the baywindow, the other 60% is on a custom built structures that holds the cabinet below. I should be able to share some pics next week. Very good prices, even better than the neighbourhood shops that we've checked in Bedok, Clementi and AMK. Mitsubishi Folio Fridge (worried now that it may not fit into the space). The one I bought is black in colour with green cushions.. I asked my kid to stand on the chair and measured the height. He will still be shorter than the railings of the balcony. Anyway on the safe side, I will purchase the Lindam gates and put in the balcony to prevent him or other kids from going into the balcony unattended.
