Some are even good company with good reputation Harvey Norman warehouse sale – (bad experience) Bought a new coffee table end up deliver one old pieces – lucky got refund. Wanted a 1.6m dinning table end up they send a 1.8m one. Lucky in the end can change Closet design – Spoil my laminated wood during installation – lucky they pay for the damage. I would say at least they are responsible. Ligthing.com – They are good. Service are really good. Quality also good. But suay suay 1 of my light transformer spoil - Lucky they change for me FOC too. Poh joo – My pull out trolley wrong dimension – this is my faulty lah. But one of the mixer thread also spoil . cannot tighten . I got to go down and exchange – But their service really good. Still give me drink even I’m there just to exchange stuff Lookz – W.C problem – Don’t want to talk more about their poor service Harvey Norman Jurong pt- Forget to fax my wall mount request to Philips – End up waste 1 day to wait and no one came. After install – found 2 Dead pix – lucky they do 1 to 1. but wasted another day . Renovation wise – Got some paint work need to patch – but hear it’s normal one. But manage to rectify before Hand Over so ok. Bi-fold door got some installation issue – lucky rectify very fast Tile work also rectify fast by my contractor As I always say. I’m ok with small problem as long can be rectify fast and good can liao. Lucky Henry did manage to complete it with my Hand over date. Nice hse u have! Agree that lighting.com.sg is good. I got it from Harvey norman - Millenia Walk they quote me 1180 (after bargain) but if wan to use 0% credit need to pay extra 4% - so in the end it's $1220 The free DVD was a May promotion by samsung. Not sure they still having the promotion or not. Hi, $1166 is my supplier quoted me, cos i always give them business and they give me this special price, no freebies, there was a $50 voucher for GSS but it was over. Along the way of searching of contractor, renovating, buying of furniture, till delivery I had meet many people of different line. I would like to use this opportunity to express my gratitude to the following shop/sale person for providing the extra mile of good services. I will start off with ……. Lightings.com.sg - Part 1 Never read anything about this shop on the forum. It was on one of the evening when I’m suppose to meet up Thomos to discuss about my wardrobe at Balestier and we pass by this shop. At that moment, lightings.com.sg was still in the process of setting up (most of the hanging light is up, but not the ceiling light). We are attended by sale Cliff. 1st impression wasn't very good as the light they are selling look rather expensive to us and when we ask if there is any discount if we buy all our lighting from them, he give us a flat 'NO'. He told us that they are confident that their prices are the lowest in Singapore and they have this 110% guarantee. (Sound Ya Ya hur) After taking a close look at the price Tag, we are rather caught by surprise. Their price is really low as compare to those famous shop located at balestier (Don’t think it’s right to mention their shop name). We immediately pay a deposit for the 'discoco light' and decided to pay another visit after they have finished their set up. Through out the 2nd 3rd and 4th visit to the shop , Cliff was always serving us patiently. Even when there is case to change item 1, add in new item after the Purchase Order is out , change of delivery date or to get my faulty light replace , he never show any bad attitude toward us. He will always say 'mang mang kan' (take yr time) and always provide us with good advices like theme/colour matching, easy maintenance, and cost saving. Because of all this , I strongly feel that lighting.com.sg is a shop to be recommend to all people who is looking for good service/ reasonable price/ and good quality. Supersimon27 2 Report post Posted July 10, 2009 Good services Part 2 Cellini – IFC Sungei Kadut Loop It’s was a Friday evening when I was flipping TODAYS when 1 advertisement caught my eye. Yes it’s was Cellini flexi package. 4 item for the price of $1998. I show Rachel this advertisement and we start wondering if the sofa advertise in the paper was the one that leave a big impression for us few month back.The very next day we make our trip to the IFC. CALYPSO , the sofa that we are eyeing on, which usual price is like $1500 +++ is going only for $1998 with 3 other items. We are serve by a Malay lady rossina – She is very helpful. We told her our concern of the free coffee table and console which doesn’t really match our theme. Without fail , she help us negotiate with her manager and ask if we can change to other item from the shop. Mathew , who was the manager agreed with the request and even work out a package for us . He also waived the additional charge for changing of the furniture colour. We KIV the delivery date/colour and pay for the package. On my 2nd visit to the store, Mathrew politely serve us again and help us in the colour selection. He gave me a feeling that’s I am still a new customer even though I had already made the full payment. The Indian deliveryman from Cellini also leaves a very deep impression for me. He had a good attitude … Very good attitude. On the day of delivery , he actually call early and check if I’m able to receive my bed at 2pm as some of the customer had postpone their delivery. Unfortunately, due to work commitment, I reject his request and told him that I can only reach my place at 6pm. He waited 4hr for me. And by 5.30pm he is already at my doorstep waiting for me. When I rush back at 5.45pm to open the door for him, he was still smiling and asks me not to rush. He didn’t show any sign of unhappiness during the bed installation and whenever I try to help him , he will always politely tell me that it’s ok and it’s his job. I think it's ok ba . Since I got no proof that i recomend pp also . And the 10% seem like next purchase. And since i already bought all the light liao , 10% of next purchase doesn't really make me to buy anymore stuff. Anyway , their good service already worth more then 10%.
