Self Coordinated Renovation, Suggestion

Is there anyone who have any experience on this?

Due to budget constraint,

I am considering doing a self coordinated renovation.

I need to know if there is an ideal proceedure to do whichever first. In case it has any effect

Painting whole house ( I gonna do the painting )

Break down and custom build kitchen cabinets etc ( have contacts to carpenter )

Change kitchen floor tiles toilet floor and full wall tile( another company )

Install SP gas water heater ( done by SP )

Labour to install toilet bowl, sink/cabinet etc. ( not sure yet, some contractor )

Hack one side kitchen wall

Add one partition and door to living room

probably the installation of toilet bowl sink cabinet etc before the changing of toilet tiles.. but the rest?

Will appreciate it very much if anyone could gimme an idea of what will happen if i do something wrong first.

Hi bunny,

tiling shld be 1st ... ur kitchen or toilet tiles...

can ask your tiling to hack off kitchen wall n your kitchen cabinet for u.

partition wall **** ,,,can be done by partition contractor.

sequence shld be like dat ...

Tiling ,

plumbering ( install tap , basin , bowl )

electrical, install lighting n new point.

painting

polishing flooring

carpentry

touch up painting.
