We are planning to hack down the wall in between the main bedroom and common room...how much do contractor usually charge for that? And after hacking, will need to do something to the floor right? Can we just cover up the existing area or need to hack out the floor for the common room and retile? Besides that, we also need to seal up the entrance for the second room...how much does that cost?
