Trying to give my resale house flooring new shine. I m very confused after calling few contractors 'so called' who do parquet repairs n varnish coating. some say painting last coz plenty dust layers, and dont guarantee Dust Free?! this coy MrWoodVarnish guarantee 95% Dust Free n offers 1yr warranty.

i m getting few of them in for quotes... anyone experiences on parquet repairs sanding pls share le
