worldangel 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2009 worldangel: the unit is vacant because the owner got married last year and move to stay with her husband =) sand: not sure all condo 3 months or not........ because bank tell me they need 10-12 weeks? if i buy CASH, then 4 weeks..... haha......... no $ buy cash la booy: it's at joo chiat place... actually i din bargain.... i just view the house at 12pm.... then my husband like it cos the unit number is the same as his parents' flat... then 3pm my mum go and see.... she say ok...... then 7pm my dad go and see....... and ask me quickly issue a cheque. then i just issue the cheque and ask then agent help me lor. but of cos during the time in between i went to check the valuation price with the banks la.....lol..... mumulovenest 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2009 any idea........ if i wanna look for id.......... i just bring my floor plan and walk into any id shop? hihi~ welcome and congratz on getting a good value unit! u can jus bring your floorplan to any id shop and ask for ideas and quotation.. but if u already know wat u want, u can tell e id straight away and get them to give u a quote.. like that, u will be able to compare the pricing easily without much variation.. ledd_777 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2009 oh good........ we shall go for the white pepper crab sometime then =) and dun think i wanna rent from her la....lol......gonna cost me a few k.... i rather wait =) im gonna collect my keys in 2wks time hopefully, my ID is from chew interior which is just down the road. they are having GSS now with quite good discount. i was there last nite to see 3D drawings and will go down again next wk to finalise so that they can start work once i got my keys. bring your floorplan to any ID and ask for quotes. i only visited 4, and i decided to let chew do as they know what i want!!! btw yours is a resale, am sure the owner has done quite a fair bit. mine is new, have to do all from scratch!!! pm me if you wan the ID contact. you can come my place to see if you want when the reno starts.....anyway i believe you already have an idea what u wanna do with tons of ideas from here. set yourself a budget and a theme and you will sail very smooth from there. remember, some ID gives u ideas and advise you what to do or not to do, some will do according to what you want. choose wisely pal. shingirl 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2009 after a few days of finding ID......... i decide that maybe i do not need an ID anymore.....=) becos my apartment is small, every ID is saying the same thing about design.......... and i can say some doesn't seem sincere to do my business becos im only doing the living and master room. but there's one particular company in IMM really shocked me. I can say its a very famous company, and the lady who attended to me is a middle age lady who sounds very yaya......... and of course.... very ridiculous price. just to share.... she quoted me the changing of fabric of my bedrest is $1020. i shall show the pictures later....... and there's many many more other shocking figures.... =( Some questions would like to seek you guys here............
