flor77 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2009 Hi Mr Chong, I’m new to this forum. I’m really impressed by all the advices you gave in this forum and I find it admirable. (You might have heard this many times but I just want to express how I feel) Me and my husband are intending to buying a place through the resale market. This will be our very first home. We are worried about buying a place that has a bad fengshui. Is it necessary to have a FSM to review the unit first prior to our purchase? What are the things we should look out for? DOB: Husband: 19 Sept 1975 Myself: 7 Jan 1977 Many thanks

DOB: Husband: 19 Sept 1975 Myself: 7 Jan 1977 Many thanks Hi Congratulations to you. I can understand the feeling of buying your own house. Excitement and some kind of expectation. The only concern is getting the "right" house. If you're buying the second house or second time buying and you feel that you luck is not bad, you can skip fsm. However, if you're the first time, it will be good to get the expertise of an fsm. Once you like the house, get him to confirm. Cheers
