I am now trying to contact I.D Note and Design but nobody is picking up the phone...Also tried calling Kenneth from Ideal House but he said he will send me his email address then I need to send floor plan for him to see. Called Ah Soon but he is in the midst of something and said will call me later.

Hope will be able to meet up with Mr Yeak next friday...quite convenient cos he stays in Woodlands also

I am going to call him again tomorrow...cos I called last week his colleague said he was away on an overseas trip but will be back tomorrow. So see how it goes. If can will try to arrange for a meeting on Saturday afternoon.

best to get a few quotes to compare also see if anyone can provide new ideas for your reference....my home was done with ideas from different contractors... and the end result was what we wanted...

Meeting Mr Yeak for the first time tomorrow...any advice on what to discuss during the first meeting? He told us to bring our floor plan and also what we want to do to the house...will he be able to give us a quote straight away?

most important the things you want to do.....our first meeting was all about what we want to do eg hacking of walls, building of walls, flooring, carpentries, pipings, electrical, changing of doors....we did a little discussion on the feasibility of what we want to do...he revert the quotation to us about 3 days but i think its gonna be abit longer now since he's more busy...

Saturday we will be going to IMM to put down deposit for our dream mattress...king sized latex bed from this shop called UniSprings...anyone bought from them before? I forgot the brand of the mattress le but they showed us the latex used when we were there a few weeks ago and it is those with holes...the bed felt really comfortable...

Also going to look at bathtubs...how much does one cost usually?

Received reno quotes from Henry (Impress 21) and Patrick (Ho Bee)...both charging around the range of 15k...but got lots of things like not included...so mite need to go down and meet them after all...

Met up with Henry (ID Note) and Mr Yeak also...they said will be sending us their quote within a week...
