Love Nest In Woodlands (admiralty)

Recommended Posts

Thanks, now keeping our fingers crossed :P

We will also be bringing in a feng shui master to go and do a house audit soon but can see my parents in law not very happy we are engaging a master they do not know about lolz...

Also we are trying to cut down on the cost of reno...decided not to have the glass sliding door and partition anymore for the study room, will just do a raised platform to differentiate between the living room and study room area...

Good luck angel . Hope after this agent saga yr reno will be shun shun li li .

Our latest design arrangement for the house...still need to wait for feng shui master approval. We are also quite sure we will be engaging Patrick from Ho Bee. So once we get the approval for this design, we will ask him to come out with the final quotation...

haha yea...

for the shelves facing the main door, we are planning to use this type of shelving unit from IKEA:

can be a way to store some of our decorative items and also as a "feature wall" for ppl to see when they walk in thru the main door :P

Haha yea...at first my hubby wants the study room to be enclosed within glass walls...Patrick quoted us 3k + for the entire room, including glass + glass sliding door + laminate flooring...

Yes invoice is already issued. We signed a letter of commision during the time we signed our OTP. That letter of commision does not have any date stated on it about when we have to pay. The invoice only has the date of when it was issued but not the deadline as well. But it did state that an interest charge of 2% per mth will be imposed on overdue account.

But problem is not she kept insisting we should pay her by 1st appt and if we don't, she will probably start to show attitude and don't help us anyway...

Even if invoice is issued , you can still call the office to cancel and reissue again. Jus have to tell them any reason u can think of ..... . As for my case , due to my very very very bad experience , when the agent co send me invoice , i call and get them to cancel it off as I told them this is not the actual agrrement for the payment date. Payment date will be my completion of both selling and buying completed smoothly then i made the payment. But some how my agent screw up after OTP is signed. So from there everything went wrong. 1st May sign OTP till today I haven't go for 2nd appointment and my moved in date will be in DEC . WTF. After 1st appointment , I went up to the agent office bang table and meetup with the legal manager regarding the issue of my agent the way he handling my sale. Anyway jus dun let them tell u what to do . U must tell them wat to do and not the other way round. Can u imagine if yr agent is getting yr commission but he is siding the seller how will u feel ....... Also no sms reminder for 1st appointment date , time and where to meet.

Next week going to be exciting :) On Saturday, feng shui master, Mr Chang from fengshuiyinyang will be going over to my new house to audit the house and recommend ways for us to design the house. In the afternoon, most probably will be going over to Balestier Road to take a look at the lightings. Then on Monday, will be meeting Patrick from Ho Bee to finalise the design.

Most probably will be starting the renovation on 21 September cos my hubby will only be back from his army reservist by then. During renovation, do we need to go down to the site to monitor the work everyday?

i guess if proximity is not an issue, it'll be good to pop up every now and then. so that u can detect issues early and get it resolved.

Hmm just met Mr Chang on Sat for a FS Audit. Have tons of stuff to change in regards to the renovation of the house. Back to the drawing board. Hope we both can get some ideas up before meeting Patrick from Ho Bee on Monday morning. :)
