I've only seen b4 one that is made of wood, it's a door btw. Suggest u to call up those aluminum bi-fold door makers to get a feeling of the cost. Starting point is yellow pages website or google.

There are a few shops that does these alu louvers, classified have some of these if you look hard enough. I have some quotes that i have gotten sometime back when i was looking to do an automated louvers what can flip open and close then it rains using a sensor.
