My case is abit complicated, need abit more of coordination as the flooring for the master toilet will be taken care by HDB as a repair work becoz my neighbour downstair complained celling leaks. So yeak will do the all the hacking for me first follow by the tiling of wall tile for half of the height then let the HDB contractor to come and do the water proofing and floor tiling.
