Need Help For 1st Time Home Renovation...

Hi,

I am a first time buyer and we just bought a 2nd hand condo flat. We need help from you guys.. We need only these basic things for our flat.

1. heck the cupboard in the dinning room n put the wall mirror there

2. heck the wall features and TV console from living room or repair it to look more presentable.. now is very ugly

2. paint the whole house

3. remove the window grille

So do we need the ID or contractor or carpenter to do all these things? We have the tight budget constraints so we are not intend to do nice permanent featurings at the moment.. Hope you guys can give the suggestions and recommendations.. thanks in advance..

U need contractor for the rest of item, carpenter for the feature wall and TV console.

Honestly, just a contractor.

Jobs:

1. Hacking + Remove - Cupboard+Wall feature+ Tv console

2. Remove Window Grilles (the contractor need experience for this)

3. Wall Mirror (or are you referring to kitchen splash glass)

4. Paint whole house

im engaging a contractor now to do a list of stuffs rather similar to yours..

the price is quite competitive, u might wanna call them up to get a quote from them

Make sure your contractor had proper HDB licence to do all this hacking works and removal and installation of Windows Grill.

if just removal of items, my carpenter can do ... he also do minor reno, so think might b cheaper ..pm me if you interested
