MataHari 1 Report post Posted October 4, 2007 Mace,Is it polite to ask Patrick put down the expected completion date? Not that we want to rush him. Afraid there will be a dispute afterwards. of course we are also tolerant people. But I read the thread about a co. threatened the owner back when they don't want to finish their job. This co. said it's never stated in the contract.Refer to this threadhttp://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=10046
h4happy 1 Report post Posted October 4, 2007 Saw ur quotation on the sink & stove, exp wor... My other contractor quoted $650 only.Hi Miu MiuActually for my case, I only want the sink and stove support only, not whole stretch of the cabinet. It seem like the contractors quote me the whole stretch.. that is why expensive. Initially I thought it cost less than $300! Hahaha...hey yours quote $650?? Whole stretch or only sink and stove portion? Also Chopping area support lah.Mace,Is it polite to ask Patrick put down the expected completion date? Not that we want to rush him. This co. said it's never stated in the contract.Refer to this threadhttp://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=10046I think better to put expected date of completion. But then I think better let them do slowly and do it good than ask them to rush...
