Do you guys think that it will be funny that i will be meeting patrick on a weekday night? It's not feasible right since there are no lights in the house? Do i need to bring a super big torchlight? please help!

back then, i always and ONLY meet patrick in the night. but then my old house got lights.....

let patrick know first - meanwhile try to get a pontoon lamp or watever from simlim or any hardwarestore.

dun think your NEW house got any sockets....if got best, just buy lightbulb and screw in/connect.

I won't say that HO Bee gives the lowest quote, but so far their quote is reasonable. Plus Patrick is really easy-going. He will not charge for some stuffs to his best effort.

After reading thru all pages, might wana engage Patrick to do renovation.

Called him just now, he seems busy... when asked if he's okay to meet up & was advised to call his wife at 67885841. Mrs Quek answered & said he was booked the whole week... asked me to fax or email my floor plan & requirement, then Patrick will revert on the quotation.

Dunno if I shld email or fax, which is the fastest way?

if you know the tons of floorplans she receives in ONE single day you will be even more surprise. Next will be your phone number, they know it's YOU even if you have completed your reno. :)

I am wondering if so many customers, can the worksmanship be good? Will they rush to complete the job?

so far have yet to hear anyone's reno didnt complete on time...neither does the workmanship being compromised.

you can ask those who have engaged hobee...quite a few still active(reno completed) in this forum.

patrick very prompt to reply and get back to me quite fast, so far i dun see the need to rush him. Unless u are in hurry bah, then u need to let him know that the timeline u need him to meet.
